1981年長崎生まれ。香蘭ファッションデザイン専門学校を卒業後、セレクトショップ、デザインコンサルティング会社のマーチャンダイザーを経験する。2009年より約10年間、オウンドメディアを持つ企画制作会社に勤務し、フリーランスへ。現在は地域のブランド化をテーマに掲げ、九州各県の紙媒体、ウェブサイトの企画から編集ライティングまで行う。また、ヘアメイク・スタイリングを手がけることもある。
